The Cromwell Cottage Prize Draw Rules

  1. No purchase necessary. To enter the prize draw, simply complete the email newsletter sign-up form.
  2. No applications are accepted from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer.
  3. One draw will be made randomly by computer on the 4th August 2008 with the draw closing at 23.59GMT on 2nd August 2008. You will be automatically entered into each draw.
  4. The first entry randomly selected on the 4th August 2008 will win a meal for 2 with drinks (Max value £50) at The Cromwell Cottage. The decision of the judges is final.
  5. The promotion is limited to one entry per person.
  6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
  7. The winners will be notified by email on the 4th August 2008 and winner's name will be posted on http://www.thecromwellcottagekislingbury.co.uk/termsandconditions/
  8. The winner's must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse.
  9. Winners will be asked to confirm their name and email address before the prize is claimed.
  10. The Promotion winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
  11. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this prize draw at any time.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Please note that the offer to participate in this prize draw does not extend to persons resident in countries where local, state, provincial or national laws prohibit the promotion of, operation of or participation in sweepstakes, lotteries or similar prize draws.
